Problem

Mr. Lincourt wanted to have the block foundation walls of a house he needed to buy inspected, as one of the walls were sloping inward into the basement and some blocks were also pushed inward due to external ground pressure.

Solution

In order to stabilize and reinforce problematic walls, our team of experts installed our galvanized steel PowerBrace beams on the foundation walls. Attached to the floor and joists, the walls got stabilized. There is a clamping device on the PowerBraces to tighten them and slightly straighten the walls over time in order to return them to their original position.

Our client from Brownsburg noticed that the walls of his foundation were bending inward, and knew that he needed to fix this problem immediately before it gets worse!

After contacting us, our specialist inspected the basement and recommended the installation of the best products that could repair this problem permanently.

Furthermore, we installed several PowerBrace support beams to stabilize the foundation walls and an ArmLock fasteners system that attaches CarbonArmor carbon fiber strips to the joist.

The beams form a system designed specifically to support the walls of failed foundations and to straighten the walls to their original position over time. Zinc coated, the PowerBrace system resists erosion, reduces abrasion and makes beams non-toxic

As for the SmartJack  Support Pillars , those are steel support systems used to stabilized and level the girders and floor joists in a crawl space.

In Addition they are super strong (support loads of more than 60,000 lbs.), and is the only solution that addresses problem soils.
