A client from Saint-Anicet had moisture problems in his crawl space. He noticed that some of the joists of his house were sagging slightly and the floor was bouncing under his feet.

Our technicians led by foreman Michel Leclerc proceeded to install 6 SmartJack support pillars.

The SmartJack is a support beam designed by engineers that adjusts to the exact height between the solid base and the support beam at the top. It stabilizes your foundations in the crawl space to secure your home and restore its value. 

This house in Beauharnois had some problems in its crawl space.

The place was very filthy and wet, in addition mold was growing very fast, which was affecting the air in the house as well.

Our team encapsulated this crawl space by installing our waterproofing products such as the SmartSump system and isolated the house from the earth by installing  an antibacterial vapor barrier membrane that prevents all water vapors and bacteria from infiltrating and infecting the air.

 Finally we added our SaniDry system in order to dehumidify the air.

We have converted this space in Saint-Eustache from an earthen place with moist air into a waterless, healthy and bright space that can be used for useful purposes.

By installing a complete waterproofing system, you can no longer witness any humidity and mold growing in that area nor into your house.

Our WaterGuard interior drain will direct the water to our company’s SuperSump pump system.

The SuperSump allows evacuating the water that infiltrates. It is clean, clear and nothing can fall into it.

And finally we insulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane.

The CleanSpace blocks water vapor from the walls and redirects water to the WaterGuard indoor drain installed directly below. Once installed, we cover the concrete drain and it will not appear anymore.

PROBLEM
