In Montebello Quebec, one of our customers' crawl space was suffering from high humidity, unpleasant odors and signs of mold. To remedy the situation, we installed our CleanSpace membrane : a thick, resistant coating that completely insulates the floor and walls, preventing ground-level moisture from rising to the surface. This client contacted us initially to fix his humidity problem in his crawlspace, but while we were there, we noticed that there was a very large crack in the foundation wall of the crawl space.

We fixed this issue by installing the PowerBrace system. It consists of zinc coated beams and components. PowerBraces utilize a joist reinforcement that distributes the load evenly. The crawl space is now stable and sealed.

Before our intervention, the owner was dealing with water infiltration from the garage drain, causing high humidity, condensation, unpleasant odors, and poor insulation in the crawl space.
