I had the cement around my pool raised and Quality First was a pleasure to deal with. It started with my initial phone call where the representative was very friendly and helpful. They arranged for a sales rep to come out for an estimate and the rep Bill Paterno was a great guy, very easy to deal with, and no pressure presentation. He gave me 3 options and explained them very well. On the day of the work, the crew was awesome. Very friendly and the foreman Ramon was patient and explained what he was doing and how it would fix the issues. He didn’t rush, allowed me to ask questions and they left my yard just as they found it only now my concrete was no longer sinking. I was just dealing with a leak in my ceiling, floor and basement all at once late on a Friday night in the middle of a heavy rainstorm. I called the emergency number and spoke with Dan. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful over the phone as he walked me through each possibility that could be causing my problems. Although the problems could not be fixed at that very moment, Dan gave me several questions and tips to use before the basement estimate, and ask the roofer that was scheduled to come out the following day. Once I find out what is NOT causing the problem with the roofer, I will be calling this company to come find the problem and fix it once and for all!!!!

I had a great experience with the office staff. The installation was neat and professional and the crew did a nice job. The inspector was very knowledgeable, and overall I was satisfied with this job.

I just wanted to be more personal than a survey. I spoke to Deva from your office, what a great personality. Very helpful from an office point of view. Ray Rinnier is a great guy and really knew his trade. He was on time, did not hesitate to take his shoes off. The man climbed around that crawl space like an oversized gymnast.
