Before contacting Quality 1st Basement Systems, I was always getting water in my basement during heavy rainfall. I met with my inspector and he explained how I can waterproof the basement for good with a warranty. I decided to have two sump pumps and french drains installed for the water problem. the crew lead by Wilver Cardoza completed the work in just 1 day! They were courteous, professional, and overall outstanding. I feel as though my solution will be a reliable and permanent one. I would highly recommend the Quality 1st team to complete any basement job.

I recently moved into a new home and found that we had a prominent leak in our basement. I called up this company and got great and knowledgeable service from the start. It was easy to make a free of charge appointment and we were sent a Dry Basement Science book free of charge and the bio of the person who would be servicing us way before the appointment date. Ray came over and he was wonderful! Great customer service and went the extra mile in every step of his work! He even picked up on the foundation issue we didn't even know about and guided is through the steps of contacting the previous contractor to get it fixed free of charge. Even though I didn't use them, the time and effort Ray put in would have me suggest them to all of my friends! Hands down!

The service with Ian went great. He was obviously knowledgeable and very patient with both me and my wife to explain what he proposed to do and why it was likely to be the most effective option. He came prepared and performed the service without significant impact to our routine and cleaned up afterward.
