He determined that the concrete needed to be removed to place a larger tube and would take 2-3 hrs and he was prepared to complete the job that day. I can't recommend this company enough! Mike came out and checked out my basement and made recommendations on work that needed to be done. Their quote came in slightly higher than some others I received, but it was definitely worth it for the service received!!Anthony, Shane, and Chris were the ones actually installing my system. They called each morning and gave their estimated arrival time so I knew when to expect them. My wife and mom were the ones at the house during the day, and I'm pretty sure they all became my mom's new best friends. Anthoni, Shane, and Chris were all incredibly courteous and professional. They kept us updated on their progress, kept everything clean and tidy, and were very helpful when they came across an issue in my basement that required additional work.If you are looking to get basement work done, don't bother looking any further.
