For this project, we worked on Martha's beautiful countryside house that she bought back in 2021. Martha's concrete was cracking and has settled over the 20 years since it was first installed. She was told by other companies that her concrete would need to be fully replaced. But when she turned to us for an alternative solution we suggested using our PolyLevel foam system to lift and level the concrete. Additionally, we applied out NexusPro joint sealant to make the concrete even more durable. Martha was thrilled with the results, stating, "I'm glad that reconditioning the concrete was an option versus having to tear it all out and replace it." 

This driveway is in need of repair after experiencing some major cracking. After using NexusPro to seal the joints and cracks, and SealantPro, which permanently bonds the concrete protecting it from moisture, this driveway is looking brand new again!

Janice was concerned about the joints in the concrete next to her home. She was afraid of water pooling and causing further damage to her concrete. This homeowner wished to upgrade the physical appearance of his sidewalks during a home improvement project, so he called Thrasher Foundation Repair. We were able to lift the concrete using Polylevel foam to fill the voids in the soil that had caused it to sink in the first place. We then finished it off by sealing the joints with Nexus Pro, which can extend the life of concrete by 3-5x!

This homeowner was concerned about water intrusion in the concrete joints adjacent to her house. After a thorough assessment, we discovered that none of the joints on her driveway were sealed, leaving them vulnerable to damage.

By applying NexusPro to the joints, we successfully sealed and secured them, protecting the homeowner's property from the risk of water damage.
