Knowing all of this, this homeowner called Thrasher Foundation Repair to help them with their concrete and ensure their home wasn't another thing they had to worry about. 

Lisa is a new homeowner in Norwalk, IA, and needed a sealer for the driveway.  It was a steep driveway and she wanted to make it easier to walk up. Service Technician Jeremy Shannon went out to Lisa’s home recommended using NexusPro Joint Sealant and SealantPro. The crew used a combination of these products to close the joints and provide a sealant that made walking much easier and protect it from staining. Lisa was thrilled with the final look! 

These customers were worried about their two small children tripping in their driveway and wanted to be able to play tennis there safely. We used polylevel foam to lift and level the affected parts of the driveway. Then, we fixed all cracks with our Nexus Pro and sealed the control joints with Nexus Pro too. Finally, we power-washed the driveway and applied our Sealant Pro for extra protection.

This homeowner had her concrete joints sealed by another company, however they did not seal her entire driveway. She noticed that the seal was already starting to crack, and she was frustrated, so she gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Tyler Bovee to see what joints needed to be sealed, and to determine which joints needed to be resealed. Tyler used NexusPro joint sealant to seal and reseal the concrete joints after ripping out the old sealant. On the front steps of this home, there was a gap in the concrete. This was allowing for waster to get under the stoop and cause settlement. This affected the stoop even more as well as the nearby sidewalk. They needed these fixed to prevent tripping hazards. 

After inspecting the concrete issue, we applied Polylevel and Nexuspro to level out the tripping hazards and seal the gaps. The customer was so excited to have it fixed.
