This customer just bought his home and wants to epoxy the garage floor. But before he can do that, he has to address the wide control joints in the concrete. We lifted and leveled out the floor using PolyLevel polyurethane foam and then we sealed those joints with NexusPro. Now this garage is good to get an epoxy floor coating.
We just wrapped up a concrete walkway repair, and it turned out great! We lifted the uneven slabs back to their proper level, so the walkway is smooth and safe again. To finish it off, we sealed the control joints with NexusPro silicone caulk, which helps keep water out and prevents cracking. It's a flexible, long-lasting solution that not only looks great but also ensures the walkway stays in good shape for years to come!
This homeowner was worried about his step settling. He knew his HOA would want him to get it fixed sooner than later, and he was also worried about trip hazards. He did not like the eye sore and wanted to find the right company to help him. He called Thrasher and System Design Specialist, Jeremy Sund, came out to meet with him. After the inspection, Jeremy found there was poor soil compaction around the home, leading to settling in his front steps and sidewalk. This also caused voids, leaving little to no support for the concrete slabs. Jeremy proposed we use our PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift the settled areas, fill the voids, and seal all the cracks and joints to prevent water from causing more washout. The homeowner was so happy with the finished product, and appreciated our urgency to get this done for him. There is no doubt this homeowner is worrying no more about his front steps! Check out the before and after on this one!
This homeowner was looking to remodel his home, and he wanted to ensure that his floor was secure before he could fix anything else. He knew there was a gap between the flooring and the walls that the carpet was hiding, so he decided to give us a call for a free inspection.
We sent System Design Specialist Anthony Salcedo to inspect the issue and propose a comprehensive solution for this homeowner. Anthony noticed that the area of the home rested on a concrete slab, which had settled overtime, causing the gap between the floor and walls as well as the struggles with sticking doors. He proposed a solution that made the homeowner quite excited to continue with us. Anthony and his team utilized PolyLevel Concrete Leveling on the full area in the interior of the home. This would allow the home to return to its original level.
The homeowner was extremely impressed with the finished project and now he can remodel his home without worry. Check out the raised concrete!
This homeowner didn't have any settled concrete problems, but when he saw his neighbor's huge settlement issue solved by us, he decided that he wanted to prevent his concrete from having the same problem. He researched solutions to prevent concrete settlement, and when he saw our solutions were long lasting, he gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Anthony Salcedo to inspect the joints of this homeowner's driveway to determine what joints needed to be sealed the most in order to prevent concrete settlement. Anthony found that the expansion joint on the concrete as well as a few other smaller joints near the garage needed to be sealed properly in order to avoid this settlement problem. After discussing which concrete joints were the most troublesome for the homeowner, Anthony worked using NexusPro Sealant to seal off the troublesome joints in the concrete.
The homeowner was extremely happy with the installation and he was very happy with the communication leading up to and following his appointment. Check out his newly sealed concrete joints!
