The individual contacted us out of concern that their wall was showing signs of structural instability, with visible cracks and noticeable bowing. They had witnessed other walls collapsing rapidly and wanted a reliable solution to prevent a similar situation in their home. To address the issue, we installed power braces, which are designed to support and stabilize walls. This homeowner had been concerned about the condition of his west wall for over 30 years. He didn't want the next owner of him home to worry about this problem as well, so he decided to enlist the help of professionals.

We sent System Design Specialist Nick Wessling to inspect the west wall for damage as well as suggest a solution that would effectively strengthen the home's foundation wall. Nick found that the west wall of the home has been slowly failing over the last 30 years and that this was a visible problem even from the outside of the home; In fact, a window had broken because it was not supported by this wall. He suggested to the homeowner that a wall repair brace should be utilized in order to support and stabilize the wall over time and the homeowner was very happy with this idea. One of our installation teams came to this home and started to stabilize the wall utilizing PowerBraces to push the wall back upright overtime. After that, they supported the failing interior wall by using SmartJacks to combat the problem of crumbling bricks on the wall.

Compromised foundation walls were leading to huge problems in the customer's house. After inspecting the walls, he was able to identify that the basement wall was in stage one wall failure with deflection and diagonal cracking on the poured foundation. The crew installed PowerBraces around the full perimeter of the basement to support the whole wall. Ralph was very pleased with the outcome of the project and glad to know that is home is properly supported.

This homeowner wanted to stabilize a basement wall from further movement inward. When we inspected the foundation, we found the wall was pushing inward about 1/4" since last year. The problem was coming from saturated soil because of moisture which was putting more pressure on the walls.

We fixed the problem by putting up PowerBraces to support the walls. We used PowerBraces to support the whole wall and stop the inward movement.

The customer was happy with the results and happy she no longer has to worry about her foundation walls.
