The walls in this customer's home were starting to crumble and create gaps in their foundation walls. The customer had just bought the home and wanted to make sure the walls stayed strong for as long as they lived there. We used our EverBrace system to keep the walls stable and protect them permanently.

This homeowner faced an issue with a full perimeter block foundation wall that had cracks and was experiencing moisture seepage. With the intention of selling their home, they sought our expertise to ensure the foundation was stable, providing peace of mind to potential buyers.

To address the problem, our team installed full perimeter WaterGuard to channel water away from the foundation, coupled with a full-height CleanSpace system to provide superior moisture protection. Furthermore, we employed PowerBraces, a sturdy wall stabilization system that not only resolves current issues but also comes with a transferable warranty for added assurance.

This homeowner tried to lift her concrete deck with big box store jacks, but it sank more and cracked the step. She was frustrated with this, so when she looked for companies that could stabilize her step, she gave us a call first.

We sent System Design Specialist Tyler Bovee to inspect the current lifting jacks under the homeowner's deck to determine what we could do to properly support the deck. Tyler found that the concrete deck was too heavy for the store bought jacks, and that the weight of the deck is pushing the jacks down further. He discussed this with the homeowner, then called for a crew to get to work on supporting this deck. One of our crews came out and installed SmartJacks in order to bear the weight of the concrete deck, then they used NexusPro to seal and repair the crack in the step.

This homeowner's basement walls were experiencing severe wall failure. So much so, they felt hopeless.
