At this ranch style home located in Broad Brook, CT, we stripped the old roof and replaced it all. We first tore off the layer of the existing shingles and recycled them at the Asphalt Recycling Center, which will turn the old asphalt shingles into roads! We then replaced any damaged plywood decking. This homeowner will have peace of mind going into the stormy winter months.
Located in Broad Brook, CT, this home was in desperate need of a complete roof replacement. We first stripped the entire roof down to the plywood decking and hauled the debris to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT to be recycled into paved roads.
Next, we installed ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment-a durable tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and to adhere to the roofing surface. To top it off, we installed a VentSure Ridge Vent to provide consistent attic ventilation and replaced the chimney flashing with new lead flashing.
This raised ranch home located in Moodus, CT had a roof well over 20 years old. This roof was in need of a full roof replacement and installation of a new roofing system. We stripped the existing roof and replaced any damaged plywood decking. Then, we laid down Ice & Water Shield to protect the interior of the home from any moisture. To follow the Ice & Water Shield we laid down ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment to add a second layer of moisture and water repellant. To finish this roofing system off, we put in ProEdge Hip & Ridge Shingles on all ridges and hips and replaced the existing vent pipe boot.
A home in Centerbook, CT was in need of a roof repair due to a leaking skylight. The crew replaced the skylight and repaired the shingles around it.
