Eyan and Jamie, our expert inspectors at Emerald Gotcha Gutters, recently tackled a challenging home in Cottonwood Heights. The property had clogged gutters and severely blocked downspouts, which were causing water overflow and potential damage to the foundation. After a thorough inspection, Eyan and Jamie provided a detailed assessment and a perfect solution.
To seamlessly blend with the home’s aesthetic, they matched the gutter color to Wicker A7 and used Musket Brown for the downspouts, creating a flawless and cohesive look. With their keen eye for detail and dedication to quality, the result not only restored functionality but also enhanced the home’s curb appeal. Another job done right by the Emerald Gotcha Gutters team!
Our team recently completed a full exterior enhancement on a home in Salt Lake City, installing brand-new gutters, siding, and soffit. The fresh siding adds durability and curb appeal, while the upgraded soffit improves ventilation and protects the home from the elements. With seamless gutters now in place, water is efficiently directed away, preventing potential damage. This home is now looking sharp and built to withstand Utah’s ever-changing weather!
In Park City, we tackled an outdated gutter system that was struggling with heavy debris buildup, poor drainage, and a lack of proper protection against harsh winter conditions. The existing gutters were filled with leaves and dirt, and the heat tape was acting as a trap for debris, worsening the problem. Additionally, a cracked fascia near a large corner ledge was at risk of further damage without proper reinforcement.
Our team installed brand-new gutters where none previously existed and upgraded the system with a sleek royal brown leaf guard to prevent clogging and leaks. To ensure long-term durability, we reinforced the gutters with wedges and big 5-inch screws for added strength against heavy snow loads. A wide-mouth downspout and extension were installed to divert water safely away from the AC unit and foundation. Instead of using a mismatched white corner piece, we ordered an entire case of high-inflow corner pieces in the correct color for a seamless look. Now, this home is fully equipped with a strong, efficient, and visually appealing gutter system designed to handle Park City's extreme weather.
For Pamela’s home in West Valley City, we tackled a major exterior restoration to bring back both functionality and curb appeal. Her siding was completely torn apart, leaving the home exposed to the elements. The carport ceiling was severely damaged, the fascia was destroyed, and the soffit had taken a beating over time.
Our team removed the damaged materials, reinforced the structure, and installed brand-new siding for a fresh, clean look. We also repaired the carport ceiling, replaced the fascia, and installed sturdy soffit to ensure long-term durability. To improve water management, we added downspouts for proper drainage and protected the home from future moisture damage.
Now, Pamela’s home has a completely new look, and with our high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship, it’s built to last through the seasons!
we came across a home that was missing downspouts for better flow and noticed many unsealed roofing holes. we filled them in for the customer, and gave them new gutters around the front entrance to avoid any wet heads.
