For Pamela’s home in West Valley City, we tackled a major exterior restoration to bring back both functionality and curb appeal. Her siding was completely torn apart, leaving the home exposed to the elements. The carport ceiling was severely damaged, the fascia was destroyed, and the soffit had taken a beating over time.
Our team removed the damaged materials, reinforced the structure, and installed brand-new siding for a fresh, clean look. In Park City, we tackled an outdated gutter system that was struggling with heavy debris buildup, poor drainage, and a lack of proper protection against harsh winter conditions. The existing gutters were filled with leaves and dirt, and the heat tape was acting as a trap for debris, worsening the problem. Additionally, a cracked fascia near a large corner ledge was at risk of further damage without proper reinforcement.
Our team installed brand-new gutters where none previously existed and upgraded the system with a sleek royal brown leaf guard to prevent clogging and leaks. To ensure long-term durability, we reinforced the gutters with wedges and big 5-inch screws for added strength against heavy snow loads. A wide-mouth downspout and extension were installed to divert water safely away from the AC unit and foundation. Instead of using a mismatched white corner piece, we ordered an entire case of high-inflow corner pieces in the correct color for a seamless look. Now, this home is fully equipped with a strong, efficient, and visually appealing gutter system designed to handle Park City's extreme weather.

From Clogged Chaos to Clear Flow: Restoring Proper Drainage Alpine Home
A routine gutter cleaning revealed a much bigger issue—leaves had piled up on the roof and inside the gutters, completely clogging the downspouts and preventing proper drainage. The buildup was so severe that water had started pooling, and mold was beginning to form underneath the debris. Our team thoroughly cleared out the gutters, removed all built-up leaves and debris, and detached the elbows of the downspouts to eliminate deep clogs. We also adjusted screws that had been catching debris and causing blockages. After blowing off the remaining leaves from the roof and addressing the mold issue, the gutters were fully restored, ensuring proper drainage and preventing future water damage.
