At this Sainte-Sabine home, the crawl space was dealing with water intrusion and severe fungal growth, with mold climbing 3-4 feet up the wooden beams, as seen in the "before" photo. To eliminate moisture and prevent future damage, our team installed a comprehensive solution featuring CleanSpace, SilverGlo, SmartDrain™, and Mold-X2.

CleanSpace sealed the crawl space with a durable vapor barrier, while SilverGlo provided superior insulation, keeping the space dry and energy-efficient. To prevent plumbing leaks from going unnoticed, we installed SmartDrain™, complete with a built-in alarm for early detection. Finally, we treated the mold-affected areas with Mold-X2 Stain Remover, followed by Mold-X2 Botanical to prevent regrowth.

Our client's basement in Laval was damaged on several occasions after his pumps failed and water infiltrated this living space.
