The couple Mr. Marc and Mrs. Lyn, who were living in this home plan to stay for years to come, so it was important that they address this issue.

This system is designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint and is faster, easier and less expensive to install than exterior drainage systems.

Having an open sump is one of the problems that will cause a high level of humidity in a basement.

This sump in East Hereford was not doing its job since at each great rain the water ended above the slab of this basement.

We have replaced this old pump with our SuperSump pump and this basement is now completely waterproofed!

This pump has a hermetically closed system (no moisture that emerges), which installs with a floor drain and an alarm system.

This customer wanted to stop having a problem with water infiltration.

SOLUTION

Our client chose the SuperSump pump which includes; 1 electric pump, 1 alarm and 1 drain. This pump includes an IceGuard. The IceGuard helps prevent the water that the pump sends outside the house from freezing. If this discharge is prevented by frozen water, it will return to the pump and break it, making it unnecessary. This water will therefore go to your basement. A Lawnscape is also often used at this water outlet to prevent soil erosion, damage surrounding landscaping and prevent entry of insects.

Each of these elements has been specifically created to collect the large amounts of rain during our Quebec springs. SuperPump can pump 2,200 gallons per hour, quietly and efficiently. Our client can now enjoy a dry basement, year round and protect his investment.
