In Lac-Saint-Joseph, this basement had water infiltration, high humidity, and a significant risk of mold, compromising air quality and structural integrity. To resolve these common basement issues, we implemented a comprehensive and sustainable solution. Our WaterGuard drain was installed just above the foundation footing to ensure effective drainage of groundwater and prevent blockages. In addition, a CleanSpace membrane was installed to block water vapor and reduce humidity, and prevent mold growth thanks to its UltraFresh antimicrobial technology.
