The TripleSafe system has three sump pumps, one of which is emergency battery operated. This system helps protect your basement against the risk of water damage during normal conditions, during heavy rains, and during power outages. The UltraSump alarm will notify you when the emergency failure is running.

The TripleSafe is very powerful and offers you 3 times more protection than a simple pump. In addition, are airtight lids helps block the water vapor so as not to humidify the air. To complete the system, we have recommended the SaniDry Upright XP dehumidifier that captures up to 100 pints of water per day from your basement. The captured water is then redirected to the sump pump system and automatically evacuated away from your home. Thus, you do not need to empty the tank every day.

The expanded polystyrene SilverGlo insulation contains graphite particles that reflect heat and preserve it inside your basement. Thus, the insulation has a lower thermal conductivity, but a higher R-value per inch. The graphite infused polystyrene interior foam resists heat flow. Finally, the radiant barrier reflects the heat inside for ultimate savings in energy consumption.

In Mr. Birks' basement, there were 2 cracks on the walls of his foundation. When it rained or simply when he turned on his garden hose, water would pass through these cracks and create water infiltration inside. Our client wanted to finish his basement and in order to do that he had to repair these cracks.  Our experts started by injecting polyurethane into the cracks. This resin goes deep into the cracked wall, unlike methods that simply repair the surface, and goes down to the ground outside. Following the injection, they installed our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system to stop water from coming in.
