This customer contacted us because he wanted to change his sump pump. So we sent one of our certified specialists in basement waterproofing and he presented him with several options that could meet his demands.

This Blainville customer finally opted for our TripleSafe pump. This sump pump system has three pumps, so three more protection against possible flooding or water infiltration.

The first pump is used to pump water under normal conditions.

 In case your main pump breaks down or is at maximum capacity, the second pump will take over and help the main pump to evacuate the water. In addition, this system is accompanied by a third pump in case there is a failure of the sump system or if there is a tripping of the circuit breaker.

 In short, equipped with the TripleSafe system, this Blainville client will have no fear and can have a peace of mind, because his basement is equipped with an excellent system.

Mr. Pomerleau contacted us because his basement was experiencing water infiltration. After our free inspection, our specialist found the perfect solution for our client. Our team installed an interior foundation drain under the concrete slab. Then we installed a SuperSump, which is a sump pump system that can be installed with a battery backup pump. Then, to prevent flooding due to frozen pipes in winter, we installed an IceGuard system that provides a second flow path for water.

The problem: This Pierrefonds client had a crack in his foundation wall. As we can see in the photo, it was still quite important.

The solution: We injected the crack with a polyurethane and then we covered it with our product called Flexispan. At the crack, we dug a small hole to put a drainage membrane to redirect the water.

Problem: This Boisbriand customer had an accumulation of water near his sump pump everytime it rained, so he wanted to change his entire system as quickly as possible.

Solution: Our certified specialist installed our TripleSafe pump. It is fitted with two pumps for two different flow levels. So when the first reaches its maximum, the second comes to its aid and pumps the water at a higher rate. Also, this sump pump comes with a battery back-up in case there was a power failure.

This client can now have the peace of mind and can enjoy a dry basement.
