The team a Quality 1st Basements is top-notch. I was given constant updates by Quality 1st and they were very informative throughout the process. I was especially impressed with the lead Senior foreman, Wilver Cardoza. With a late afternoon arrival time of 3:30, I was concerned the team would not be finished by 6 PM. Wilver assured me the job would be completed in 2 hours or less. Mr. Cardoza was true to his word. It was very enjoyable to see how professional the team worked during the entire installation process. Wilver answered all my questions and his 15 years of experience had shown through as his team completed the job in an expedited fashion. All in all, I was very happy with the work done by Quality 1st Basement.

Excellent company to work with. They sent Matt the day after I called. He looked at my issue, took measurements, and then showed me what needed to be done on his computer. The price was less than I was expecting. Had to wait a while for the job to be complete but well worth it. The crew was very neat, clean, friendly, and quick. Completed a French drain and pump in 1/2 a day. I could not believe how clean my basement was considering the type of work that was completed. No complaints at all.

Heriberto and his team did a great job. They arrived on time and worked diligently for hours. They sealed everything up before drilling, and they left our basement spotless. What a fantastic job. Heriberto and his team were very professional. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all.

My sump system died on the eve of a storm. Kyle (a Mgr.) came within an hour and took care of everything.  It was a fairly involved job, requiring new pumps, new PVC, new battery.  The job was completed in a couple of hours to my satisfaction.  Kyle's care and professionalism were exemplary.  Quality First was, once again, responsive and reliable.

Selling my house and needed the basement done. I regret not getting this job done years ago.

Randy was our technician and he was fabulous. He took care of everything and explained everything to me and my daughter. He showed us a video of what was actually going on in the basement. Great technician. He is just terrific! The person helping Randy was very quiet and very nice.

Extremely happy with the work that was done - specifically by Mario, the foreman assigned to our job and his team. They exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and above all did great quality work (and then some). We had our basement waterproofed, had multiple installations, and when they had to deal with structural difficulties they were able to adapt and impressed with the ingenuity and adaptability

Salesman presentation was excellent and informative. Office staff was very good and prompt. My building inspector referred your company. The installation crew was intelligent and hardworking. Clean-up was great and fast. The workers wasted NO TIME at all.
