Wilver and his crew did an outstanding job encapsulating our large crawl space and installing joists to stabilize our sagging floors. Wilver's communication with me throughout the day was Outstanding. Not only did he call to let me know when he would arrive, but he also continued to communicate with me regarding the progress of the job. Jeff Nero did a great job assessing our needs and explaining fully the process from start to finish. An existing crack in our foundation wall that had been there since the first day of our home ownership 26 years ago, is now stabilized. The initial work was completed within 5 hours and the permits and inspections were handled exclusively by Quality 1st Basement. The work men were respectful of our home, neat, efficient and meticulous of how are property was restored to the original condition. The prospect of rebuilding the basement wall in order to prepare our home for sale was frightening. We have gotten quotes from other companies, but we selected Quality 1st Basement Systems because of the company booklet and portfolio, and answering our questions thoroughly.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how Quality 1st Basement handled my problem. We have an area in our home on a slab consisting of 2 rooms and a hall. Over the years the center of the area, which is 22’X12’, dropped about 2.5 inches, and less at the foundations. I had contractors in who wanted to tear the floor up, others that wanted to put leveling cement down, and some who had no idea. Then I found Quality 1st Basement. Jeff came, spent almost 2 hours with us walking us through the PolyLEVEL process, and answering all our questions and concerns. We contracted the next morning, and scheduled the job for 2 weeks out. The 2-man crew just came. Arturo explained the procedure, what they were going to do, and how, and answered all my questions. Then they suggested how to proceed based on issues that cropped up. In less than 3 hours they were done, including clean up. The floor is now completely level, done quickly, at a fraction of the cost of other alternatives. Jeff, the crew, and the office were great and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Quality 1st Basement.

I had a sinking cement foundation that was supporting a 10 x 13-foot shed in my backyard. The Q 1st technicians were able to strategically inject PolyLevel underneath the cement slab to level out my shed. The communication was excellent throughout the process and the technicians were determined to provide satisfaction. The 5-year transferrable warranty added that extra security. Quality 1st Basement Systems ROCKS!!!  The old sidewalk in front of my home was a total mess – tilted and uneven in many places; a real hazard.  Their sales rep Jeff Pitek was a pleasure to work with.  After a thorough inspection, he offered a solution that perfectly addressed my issues. Also, the pricing was incredibly affordable when compared to replacing the whole sidewalk. The installation crew did a super job as well – on time, efficient, and with great attention to detail. I was totally amazed at the process and the incredible results!  I would most highly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to anyone in need of any of the services they offer.
