They immediately called a sales rep who immediately contacted me. He fully explained the system I wanted installed. Several times he even answered the phone calls while on vacation, to answer additional questions I had. Outstanding. Put plastic sheet over HVAC unit, water heater and some personal stuff I could not move from the basement. Concrete dust was at an absolute minumum. They did the complete install in one day. Completely wiped down all the basement walls and personal basement stuff, hauled away 100% of the demolition conrete and plastic sheeting. Swept entire floor . I went to the internet for a local basement waterproofing company. Your website impressed me very much when compared to the rest that popped up. I made the right choice.

cannot say enough about this company! For years, the smell and atmosphere in my basement affected the air quality in my entire home. They came in and ripped everything out. They installed the zen wall, dehumidifier, and the triple safe sun pump. They did an outstanding job, solved the problem, and now I can literally sit in the basement and breath fresh air! Now, let's talk about the staff. He was my sales rep and he explained everything from start to finish. He even had a diagram on his computer and printed out on the spot what was going to happen. There was no pushy salesman work to sell me something I did not need, but sold me what I needed to solve the problem. He was an awesome foreman and his crew did an excellent job! The job was done on-time with no mess left behind. Then there was the service manager. He answered every question I had after the work was done and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. Listen, I like to save money just like everyone else, and while they may not be the cheapest around, they do QUALITY work and do what they say. Plus, they are there whenever you need them. They are extremely PROFESSIONAL, and in this day and age, Quality and Professionalism is hard to come by. My neighbors were so impressed with their work when I showed him, he hired them to do their basement. Thanks for a great job!

Everyone I have been in contact with, at your company and everyone that has been out to my home have been top notch and wonderful to work with. The crew came out first and they were very helpful. He is out there today and same goes for him, he has been wonderful. Everyone has been very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

They had a good team of workers, respectful, informative and productive. Very professional and they did what they said they would do. We had an issue come up from the original builders of the home and the team came up with a reasonable solution. All work passed county inspection and I even heard the inspector give them a compliment. Good work, I will use them again in the future if needed.

As someone who has dreaded going to the basement for 20 years, I am now incredibly thrilled with how dry and clean the space has become thanks to the excellent work by your company. These men were polite, respectful of everyone's time, left the place cleaner than they found it, and were thorough! Each step was carefully explained to me and confirmed throughout the process. There are no more ugly, mold-stained walls or beams; water runoff outside the house was diverted; and a new, size-appropriate sump pump and dehumidifier were successfully installed. Had a basement egress window installed with well duct system. I am not the easiest person to please and I am one those guys who does things himself because I want it done right. This was not a job I could handle and after getting a few quotes I really liked their products and solutions. There was a delay in my scheduled install date due to an inventory issue which I was not pleased with, and I near ripped up the contract. Was not a great start. I can tell you though that this company has the highest integrity. The general manager was honest with me, and told me exactly what happened, and did everything he could to make it right. The install went great, the crew was outstanding, they worked hard and took pride in their work. I cant say I ever saw the crew not working while they were here. I am extremely pleased with the end result, exactly how I pictured it and its brought the space alive by bringing in much needed sunlight and additional benefit of safety. With everything in life, its not how you start its how you finish. This company will always finish on top, mistakes can happen, but how a company deals with it defines a great company. I highly recommend your company.
