From day One (appraisal). I felt that this was the company. I had a few estimates, but they were not as professional as this Company (Basement Systems). The contract was all in a diagram and broken down. Not a hand written piece of carbon paper. The workers arrived for a two day job. These guys were professional animals. NON STOP working. Even at lunch time they took individual short breaks. Always two Working! Mostly all 3 working. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with this somewhat complicated installation. Concrete chiseled/jack hammered out for both sump pumps (non existed). Everything cleaned up and disposed! (SIDE NOTE) If having this work done, when they tell you it will be "Dusty", believe me they are correct! I hung plastic to block off other half of basement, that did help allot! They arrived on time, stayed late and never really took a "break". Work Animals! The Foreman of the job, stopped what he was doing to answer any and all questions I had and explained in detail what he was doing and why! Good People! Great Company!  

Basement is perfect! Such a mental relief knowing it was done right.....great group of guys that did it! Thanks again!

Basement Systems' service tech just came out and serviced my triple safe. Cleaned it out and checked the battery. Nice guy. Again, outstanding customer service

We recently purchased an older home that had a very old Sump pump that sounded horrible. The team at Basement Systems provided us with a new SuperSump and an UltraSump Battery Backup. We are more than thrilled with the service that was provided. We definitely recommend them!

We had several leaks in our basement over the years and decided to have it checked out. Basement Systems came out and took a look and there was in fact several problems that needed to be addressed. After checking around for the best price we decided to go with Basement Systems and we were not disappointed, it has been almost 4 years and we have not had any water problems. This company was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to keep our basement dry.

Basement Systems installed a SaniDry system in our basement and the results have been incredible. The air quality in our finished basement had been damp, dank and musty smelling until the installation of this system. The SaniDry dehumidifier is powerful, quiet and completely automatic and the basement air quality has never been so good. I can say with complete confidence that this an an investment a homeowner will never regret.
