This homeowner wanted to fix the dip they around the entrance of their garage as well as the dipping front walkway. He was worried that the rest of his concrete would eventually face the same fate of settling, do he knew that he needed to act sooner rather than later. When he found the detailed process of concrete repair to be too much to do on his own, he decided to give us a call to see how we could help lift his concrete burden.

We sent System Design Specialist Jeremy Sund to inspect the homeowner's driveway and front walkway, diagnose the issues facing these, then design a solution fit to fix and protect the concrete surfaces from further damage. Jeremy found that the soil underneath the homeowner's driveway and front walkway was poorly compacted, meaning that the soil was vulnerable to wash out and settlement. He suggested that we utilize our 3-part Concrete Protection System to fix, protect, and prevent further damage to the concrete surfaces, and the homeowner was very excited with this plan.

One of our installation teams came out to the home and started to utilize the 3-Part Concrete Protection System, including PolyLevel Foam to lift the concrete, NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks and joints of the concrete, and SealantPro to protect the concrete from further damage. The homeowner was extremely happy with these solutions and he noticed that there was no longer a bump as he pulled into his driveway. Check out the before and after of the front walkway!

This family had lived here for several years and noticed their porch was getting worse and worse over time. They knew this issue would not fix itself, they started their research. They had a few bad experiences with contractors, but trusted our experience when they read the reviews. Anthony Salcedo, System Design Specialist, came out to meet with them. He did his inspection, and found that due to an abundant amount of moisture from bad drainage, the soil under the slab shifted. This caused the slab to start sinking and cracking. Anthony went to the family with these findings, and came up with a solution. We used Polylevel to lift and level the slab back into place, and NexusPro to seal the joints and cracks. These products are waterproof, so they will prevent any more washout in the future. The family is very happy with the outcome, and we know they have the peace of mind they deserve. Homeowner Scott was looking to solve his concrete problem as it was providing a trip hazard and problems for drainage. He wanted to add value to his home as well as improve his quality of life. Looking for this long-term solution, he decided to give us a call.

System Design Specialist Anthony Salcedo was able to come up with a solution for both of the homeowner’s problems. Using PolyLevel concrete leveling and NexusPro Joint Sealant, Anthony repaired and leveled the concrete so that there is no longer a trip hazard or poor drainage system at Scott's home.

With HelloGarage's help, we were referred to a customer who needed a new garage floor. We quickly scheduled an appointment and worked together to install the floor without any delays. The customer wanted a special coating from HelloGarage to make their garage better. But first, we had to fix some problems with the concrete floor.

We used PolyLevel foam to lift and level the broken parts. We worked well with HelloGarage and the customer was happy with how fast we finished. 

This family had a fox burrowing under her back porch. They were afraid that the void the fox created made her porch structurally unsafe. She knew of Thrashers reputation, and knew we were trustworthy. They gave us a call, and System Design Specialist, Mike Williams, came out to meet with them. Mike found the fox did dig a hole, and kept digging right under the porch. Mike and the family decided to use Polylevel foam to fill the void under the porch and NexusPro to deal the cracks caused by the void. The homeowners loved this solution, and we sent out our installation team.
