This uneven driveway was in need of some help after the concrete began to settle due to the washing out of the soil underneath. After our crew used PolyLevel to raise the concrete back level, we were able to protect the driveway using NexusPro joint sealant to prevent this from happening to this customer again.
A homeowner in Independence, MO noticed a water issue in her basement. It was coming through the walls and along the base of the walls as well. She was worried about the problem getting worse and was frustrated because it was a finished basement.
We were able to suggest and solution that she was happy to move forward with. The paneling had to be removed and the carpet pulled back before we were able to start the project. We installed a perimeter waterproofing system called Waterguard. We also installed a vapor barrier system called CleanSpace. Lastly, we installed a sump pump to prevent future water problems. The customer was very pleased with the outcome of the project.
This homeowner's beautiful new concrete was left exposed and was in need of some protection! NexusPro joint sealant is the perfect solution to give your concrete the protection it needs to keep that clean new look.
This customer's driveway was a very large pour of concrete that was sitting in incompetent soil. We used helical piers to stabilize the stoop and catch it from falling forward and causing bigger issues with the home. Then, we used our polymer foam to lift the driveway and make everything as level as possible. Finally, we added our NexusPro caulking in all the joints and cracks to keep water from penetrating beneath the surface.
These homeowners just bought their new home in a better health care area. They loved the new home because it has extra space for their kids to stay when they are in town, however in heavy rain, the basement started to flood. They were concerned about this problem because they didn't want this to effect their kids from wanting to visit them, so they gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Daryn Britton to inspect the basement to determine where water could get in the home, and come up with a custom solution to ensure that these homeowners keep a dry basement. Daryn found that water was coming in through the cold joints of the home, but only during the heavy rains. While this situation isn't a fun one, Daryn was happy to tell the homeowners that they caught the problem early enough so that no additional damage was caused besides the water pooling in the basement. After discussing the solutions with the homeowners, our installation team got to work on installing a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, a partial CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a new TripleSafe Sump Pump in the homeowners basement to ensure that water was not seen in the basement again.
The homeowners were really happy with the outcome. They know that their kids will keep visiting them and they look forward to seeing the basement dry year-round. Check out these homeowners' dry basement solutions!
