Our PowerBrace system is a great solution for failing foundation walls. The system is designed to permanently stabilize your home's foundation by supporting the walls and even straightening them over time. It uses a joint reinforcement method that distributes the load evenly and eliminates the worry of damage caused to wood floor joists. 

The homeowner had water coming into their basement, which was used as a family room. This was coming in through cracks in their foundation walls.

We used anchors to stabilize the affected walls and WaterGuard with full height CleanSpace to protect their basement from ever getting wet again.

It was clear the problems were arising from the all dirt crawl space and a failed previous repair, creating humidity levels as high as 85%. Our crews arrived at the home in Kingsville and installed a full encapsulation of the crawl space. Using our CleanSpace waterproof barrier, they covered the entire area and installed a sump pump system to trap all water that enters the space.

System Design Specialist Shane McClintic visited the home to provide a same day free estimate.  We installed Waterguard to protect the home from water in the basement with Cleanspace around the perimeter for maximum protection.  We added a Triplesafe sump pump that eliminates worry even when the power goes out and installed Powerbraces on each wall to permanently stabilize them.
