Homeowners in Enfield, Maine experienced sagging floors in their home from improper support in the crawl space. When moisture gets into a crawl space it can cause mold and rot on the wooden beams, which in turn causes issues like sagging floors. We installed SmartJacks and a new supplemental beam, all constructed with galvanized steel posts. The galvanized coating protects the steel so it won't rust. SmartJacks are custom fit to immediately lift and level the floors above. The SmartJacks can be adjusted over time as needed to keep a tight fit. 

We repaired a bowed and cracked block foundation wall using the PowerBrace Wall System. This system stabilizes the wall by anchoring heavy-duty steel I-beams to the floor joists above and the floor below.
