After the most recent flooding of their basement, this homeowner living in Lubec, ME had had enough. They decided it was time they had the space waterproofed and called us at TC Hafford Basement Systems to get it done. When our crew arrived at the home, they got started right away installing WaterGuard piping beneath the perimeter of the basement floor. These pipes, leading to a TripleSafe sump system, will pull in and trap any water leaking into this basement in the future. The water will then be pumped out of the home by the new TripleSafe pump, where it will no longer cause this homeowner any trouble. Finally, a CleanSpace wall liner was installed around the walls of the basement, to both provide a larger area of moisture protection as well as to brighten up the interior of the basement. With these improvements below their home, this homeowner should no longer suffer from a regularly flooding basement!

Homeowners were concerned about water in the basement and lack of structural support. They asked for a new concrete floor, SmartJack supports, and a waterproofing system. TC Hafford installers went to the home and completely transformed this basement. Their new floor is clean, smooth and dry, and will stay that way thanks to the SuperSump and UltraSump, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

A flooding basement was a regular occurrence for this homeowner living in Eastport, ME. Looking to have this problem remedied, they hired us at TC Hafford Basement Systems to get the job done! Our crew got started by installing a new SuperSump pump to remove any collected water from the basement. Feeding directly into this sump, a WaterGuard piping system was installed around the perimeter of the basement floor. Buried beneath the floors surface, this piping will pull in any future leaks before they reach the inside of the basement. Now any water will be diverted out of the home without causing flooding in this homeowner’s basement again!

Homeowners from Eastport, ME were excited for help with their wet basement. They already had sump pump that wasn't keeping up, and they said they would love to not have to worry about the wet basement anymore. We installed a brand new TripleSafe sump pump, the top of the line in pump systems. The TripleSafe features two Zoeller pumps, one that acts as a back up in case of pump failure, or they can work together to handle higher capacity water events. The TripleSafe also has a battery back up to protect against power loss. In addition, we installed a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system to control the humidity in the basement, and filter out dust and mold spores. In worse cases, wood can begin to rot, leading to thousands and thousands of dollars in repair. Moldy crawlspaces can affect not only the health of the home but those living in the home as well. This Bartlett, NH homeowner was worried about the health of their family and wanted to take care of their Crawlspace as soon as possible, making sure the air they are breathing is fresh and clean.

System Design Specialist Sam Crowley met with the homeowner and put together a list of their goals, and together they designed a crawlspace system that would accomplish their goals. The system started with CleanSpace and drainage matting with Spray Foam on the rim joists. To make sure water wouldn’t be a problem, they put in a TripleCrawl Sump Pump System that is connected to an exterior, buried Discharge Line that takes the water way from the home. Mold was an issue in this crawlspace, so Sam and the homeowner opted to put in a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This ensures that humidity never gets to a point where mold will grow. Together they built this system and ensured the health of the home for the future.
