CleanSpace seals out moisture and prevents mold growth, while drainage matting controls the groundwater beneath the liner. SmartJacks were added to lift and level the floors above, providing ample support for the home. SmartJacks are galvanized steel posts that are custom fit, and can be adjusted over time as needed. The zinc-coating on the SmartJacks protects them so they will never rust.
