Alan was tired of dealing with water in his basement and knew exactly who to call. MidAmerica Basement Systems came out to install the patented WaterGuard drainage system to prevent any further water issues in his basement. Alan is very thankful for the work that was done and no longer has to worry about water.
Homeowners Alan and Amy have lived in their home for the last few years. They were interested in expanding their living space into their basement that included making sure that the rooms in their basement were fire safe. By adding an egress window into your home you can be sure that the rooms are safe and legally able to be classified as a bedroom by fire safety codes.
Phillip and Vicky had recently moved in the home, and it have a waterproof system installed by MidAmerica Basement Systems. They noticed that it was time for the system to be serviced and reached out for a technician. Once Tim arrived, he inspected the system and everything was running properly. Phillip and Vicky discussed with Tim how they would like to add more natural light to the basement, but didn’t want to add an egress. Tim offered them a SunHouse Window Well. Each SunHouse has an enclosed bottom that allows for natural light to reflect into the basement, while preventing weeds and debris from growing and collecting in the well. The cover also prevents rain from entering the well, helping prevent leaking basement windows.
Homeowners Phil and Vicky were in need of new basement windows. The inefficiency of their current windows was hard on their heating and cooling bill. We removed the old basement windows and resized for the new windows. The new window wells were installed and covers were added to keep the windows sealed off.
Full perimeter WaterGuard system, new TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace walls make this basement water tight.
