The basement walls were encapsulated with CleanSpace, to keep water from entering the interior and to keep mold out. WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system was installed, as well, to keep the basement dry. Other patented products are also in use to keep the basement dry, like the SaniDry, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump.

James and Cheryl have always had a sump pump in their basement, but lately they were noticing water seeping in through their foundation walls.
