Nick & Alyssa recently moved into their home and noticed their basement is getting wet during every rain or snow melt. They just noticed but think its been happening for a while now. The CleanSpace Wall System utilizes a thick (20mil) white poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls. CleanSpace is installed by fastening the material to the rim joist atop the foundation wall, and by installing press-fit plastic fasteners into the masonry. This basement in Davenport wanted a sump pump system that would work hard to keep their basement dry and the patented TripleSafe is a 3 in 2 unit designed to do just that and more. The first pump is a Zoeller M-53 and does most of the pumping. The second pump is a Zoeller M-98 more powerful and kicks on if water rises above the first pump.
