Homeowners Patrick and Jodi have lied in her 1960's home for their entire life. They recently discovered that their home was experiencing water issues. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems when they wanted to learn more about the waterproofing options for their home. They had a full perimeter waterproofing system and a new sump pump. The WaterGuard system is similar to a channeling system and is used to move water out of the home. The TripleSafe sump pump is a three pump system that equipped with a battery back to keep the system running in case of power loss in your home. 

Darrell was having issues with water seeping and pooling in his basement and didn’t know what to do. When he heard of MidAmerica Basement Systems he quickly contacted them to have his issue fixed. During his inspection, it was offered that a waterproofing system that included CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and a SuperSump, be installed. The CleanSpace helps address the leaking foundation walls by placing a vapor barrier to help stop moisture from entering. It also helps direct water to the WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is a drainage system that collects water from under the foundation floor and water that seeps in from the walls. After water is collected in the WaterGuard, it is redirected to the SuperSump to be discharged from the home. Darrell now longer worries of a wet basement.
