In order to get the finishes added to the basement, though, the basement first needed to be waterproofed with a full perimeter WaterGuard. The homeowner reached out to the MidAmerica Bastement Systems team to address the issue of his settling foundation in his garage. The team installed helical piers to stabilize and life the garage back to it's original position. The homeowner has a stable, lifted garage!
