Before & After Photos

This Coralville, IA homeowner recently purchased their place and sought peace of mind before renovating their basement. Notice in the before photo that the space wasn't prepared for the rigors of wet weather. We stepped in to protect his investment, installing our trusty WaterGuard System combined with CleanSpace and a TripleSafe sump pump. The after photo beautifully displays a clean, dry basement ready for years of stability. Thanks to our 35+ years of experience, we ensured this home will remain dry and secure for future memories. 

Tom noticed a large drop between his garage and driveway, making it a rough transition from the driveway into his garage. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to get an estimate on how to lift and level his sunken driveway. During evaluation, Bryan suggested injecting PolyLevel to fix his issue. Small holes were drilled into the concrete, and injected with PolyLevel to fill the voids that had caused the driveway to originally sink. Once the voids were filled, the PolyLevel expanded to lift to concrete to its original height. Tom now has a smooth transition to his garage, rather than a 2inch bump.

Ashley was tired of water in her basement and wanted not to worry about it any longer. After, BrightWall is installed to protect the foundation, and WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system directs water into the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The system is keeping the basement dry, and has upped the aesthetic appeal.
