Sam L. of Vidren, IL had an improper vapor barrier for his crawlspace. He wanted to make sure no damaging moisture would get into the crawlspace and damage his  home. Woods Basement Systems had the perfect product to help Sam.

Woods installed CleanSpace lining to seal off the space. CleanSpace is very durable and does not rip easily. This lining is attached to the walls of the crawlspace to separate the ground from the house, creating an effective vapor barrier.

Water was entering a crawlspace in Virden, IL, causing a damp and musty environment. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was first installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth and reduce the humidity level. Any mold growth will also be eliminated, making the whole house healthier. The white color will also brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside it. This crawlspace will now stay dry all the time!

It is used to completely seal a crawl space off from dirt, critters, and moisture. The SmartPump system is a sump pump designed specifically for crawl spaces, so it can protect against leaks and floods.

A crawlspace in New Douglas, Illinois, needed some stabilizing as the floor joists above were starting to show signs of failure. To resolve this issue, Woods came in and installed the SmartJack System. This system consists of custom cut steel beams. They are placed in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the building. They can be tightened over time. This allows maintenance to be done as the ground continues to shift without requiring another costly install. Thanks to the addition of these steel supports, this crawlspace will remain stable for decades to come.
