Support posts were shifting in a crawlspace in Chaffee, MO, causing concern to the homeowners. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. These steel support systems can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in the crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers. Before this crawl space was covered with a CleanSpace encapsulation barrier, but the system wasn't properly installed. Team Woods solved this issue by reinstalling the encapsulation system to completely seal the crawl space from harm.
