The old shingles were the first to go, then the damaged wood decking was removed. New plywood wood was installed, and underlayment was used to protect it. Lastly new IKO Dynasty shingles were installed in the cold roof the customer's choice, Summit Gray. This result looks stunning, and will keep this home safe for many years to come!

Our crew removed these old shingles, and installed new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Granite Black. All new ridge vents were installed on the ridges of this roof, to properly ventilate the attic of this home.
