For this home, we were replacing only the uppermost gutters. The original gutters were not performing the way they were supposed to and they needed to be replaced. The lower gutters saw less rain due to the smaller roof sections they were attached to so they were still in good condition because of this the homeowner opted to only replace the sections that needed it.

For the sections that we were replacing we used Gutter Shutter for the gutter and endcaps, but we also used wide mouths at the downspouts to ensure that more water can be directed off the roof and that there will be no overflow in a serious rainstorm.

This job was short and sweet and the homeowner was happy knowing that their new gutters would keep their home safe and dry for many years to come.

The Brown Roofing team installed a new gutter system, and a Raindrop gutter guard for this customer. This home is now better prepared to face the elements. While this new gutter system handles water flow, the Raindrop gutter guard will prevent pesky debris from getting in the way.

This old roof in New Milford was covered in moss, lichen, and algae. These shingles were very worn, and our customer found a small leak in the roof. These problems prompted this homeowner to replace their roof, and they chose Brown Roofing to do the job. Our crew got to work removing all of the old shingles and growth from the roof. The team examined the wood decking, and replaced any damaged wood, including the area of the leak. All new high-quality materials were used to create a reliable new roof for this home. Due to age and periodic leaking, this customer chose to have their old roof replaced. In addition to these issues, this roof also had lichen growth and stained shingles. The stains on the original roof were likely due to algae, which IKO Dynasty shingles are protected from by embedded copper coated granules.
