I'm extremely impressed with Klaus Roofing's process from start to finish. As an architect, I work with a lot of different trades and this was one of the most positive experiences I've had. They promptly replied to my inquiry, came out immediately to assess and quote the new roof, and were able to fit me in very quickly into their schedule which was important. A strong selling factor was the good quality of the shingles, as well as a 50 year warranty on the shingles. For the installation, the onsite supervisor stayed in regular contact, calling with any questions and sending picture updates of the progress. One standout feature was receiving bird's eye pictures of the roof through drone photos. Seeing the house from all angles, I must say actually made the process of getting a roof pretty exciting. I can't recommend their service and work enough!

What an amazing team of people. From the sales representative to the person who came out to service my roof. Many issues involved. They came back 4 times to ENSURE proper service. Turns out it was not only a roofing issue, my windows needed to be sealed and fixed well. They fixed it all. With no additional costs to the original estimate....doing work above and beyond what was originally planned. Great company here. Highly recommend Klaus Roofing. (And by the way....I'm 40 years and don't have social media...or a computer for that matter....I'm figuring this post out from my phone....I did it!!! That is how amazing this team was...)

No high-pressure sales tactics, just straightforward information. Installation within the week. Everything up to this point seems very organized and professional. Will soon be getting another proposal from Brian for a 2nd property.

They did an excellent job! First Jiovanni came in and he told me about the company and set a crew up to come in. The gentleman came to the door and was very polite and knowledgaeble, he answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the crew. I had two places where the ceiling was leaking and when they put the new plywood in, it made a little mess in the house, but they came in and cleaned up inside. They were very good at their job. I was concerned about cleanup at first, but I didn't have to be concerned, they did a great job. I told Jiovanni he had to take the crew out to lunch or something because they did such a good job. He said they were a good crew and he was right. I was really satisfied with it. We had a lot of rain last night and I sat here laughing because it didn't rain on me!

Chris Dee, sales consultant, WOW what can I say. Many offers but his presentation really was the BEST. No pressure. A+ Easy to talk to. Highly recommend. The project manager, Bobby Weiss was always present while the job was being done helping his crew not just being there. Luis and his crew were very professional and diligent. Photos were shown before each part of the project keeping us abreast of any situation not just talking about what was done. Everyone knew exactly what had to be done. The clean-up was great. Even made sure our neighbor’s property was well taken care of. We are VERY VERY HAPPY that we chose Klaus Roofing. The neighbors even mentioned how great our new roof look. Everyone was AWESOME

Had Greg out to my place to price out a new roof and was very impressed with the way he used an areal drone to take all the measurements. Ended up going with Larson after getting 2 other quotes and the work turned out great. They left the site clean which I really appreciated.

Highly recommend!!!! Chris and Greg came to my house to give an estimate for my roof a few months ago. They came prepared with an estimated square foot of my house and were very professional when explaining the process and exactly what needed to get done. Although I wasn't ready to make a decision that day, they didn't make me feel pressured and gave me samples and fliers to keep. I still have not gotten my roof done, but when I'm ready, I'll definitely call Chris at Klaus again!
