The team at Klaus Larsen did an excellent job in the spring of 2014 replacing the roof, trim, and gutters on our 1940's Dutch colonial revival. We have extremely high winds down here close to the water but the roof has held tight and dry. We have received plenty of compliments on the shingle color that we chose with the guidance of Jeremy there at Klaus Larsen. The team was professional and personable, we couldn't have made a better choice for a roofing contractor. Our neighbors were so impressed with the team that they hired them for their roofing project later last year as well. I have passed their name along several times to friends and family as a trustworthy, inexpensive, and detail oriented company.

I thought they were very professional. I was most satisfied when they came to the house and talked about the materials and what they were going to do.

I was most satisfied that they kept the property clean. I've seen properties where everything is flying off the roof, but they kept everything right there. The whole crew worked really well.

I chose you guys because of the ratings online and from what I saw I thought you guys would do a good job. When I needed repairs on my fascia the response was excellent. John Hatch came out and did the repair and he did a very good job on that.

Klaus Larsen was one of 7 roofing companies which I called in to provide estimates for a roof replacement.  Of the 7, Klaus Larsen was a very close second in my choice and since the work is not yet complete, I may ultimately decide I should have gone with Klaus.  I was very impressed with all aspects of their professionalism all along the way.  They were informative, cooperative, and patient.  Their price seemed very fair as well, as was the second lowest of all the prices I received.  I would highly recommend calling them for an estimate and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend based on my experience with them.

Liked the owner's style. Demonstrated he knew what he was doing/talking about. Did a wonderful job. Excellent teamwork!

The installation crew was phenomenal. I have given out their name to several people and I would use them anytime I had any roofing issues.

The guys did a great job. I liked the fact that the company does a pre-inspection of the job. John Shultz did a great job and there were no problems and I definitely would refer them. In fact, I think I already have. 

I have only good things to state about my interaction with your company. Never saw the roofing technician but it was like he came and went no problems noted. As far as sales, again, it was the best as he answered all my questions and followed up with the estimate as it was agreed upon quickly. It was a great experience and job well done.

They did an excellent job! First Jiovanni came in and he told me about the company and set a crew up to come in. The gentleman came to the door and was very polite and knowledgaeble, he answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the crew. I had two places where the ceiling was leaking and when they put the new plywood in, it made a little mess in the house, but they came in and cleaned up inside. They were very good at their job. I was concerned about cleanup at first, but I didn't have to be concerned, they did a great job. I told Jiovanni he had to take the crew out to lunch or something because they did such a good job. He said they were a good crew and he was right. I was really satisfied with it. We had a lot of rain last night and I sat here laughing because it didn't rain on me!

I would like to thank the inspector for representing Klaus Larsen Roofing for his presentation, explanation and cost estimating for our needed roof replacement. He was very friendly, professional, on time, and extremely easy to talk to. After the detailed presentation on the replacement procedure and roofing materials used, all my questions were answered in detail. After given the cost and a few different estimations from various companies, we considered what was best for our need. It was a difficult decision. I would seriously recommend Klaus Roofing  to my friends and neighbors who are considering a roof replacement.                          

I had to have a roof ridge vent replaced that was installed wrong by another company. They came out to look at roof and gave me an estimate the same day. Had people at house to install the new ridge vent in two days, were quick and cleaned up to the point the only way to know they worked on my roof was the new ridge vent. They matched my shingles and put down a weather barrier when they removed the old shingles to stop leaks. Would recommend to anyone who needs a repair or new roof can't go wrong.
