Tom in Willington, CT, had recently purchased his home and wanted to take care of a few exterior concerns right away. After removing trees that had been hanging over the roof, he noticed moss buildup on the back side and knew it was time to start thinking about a replacement. Rather than wait for issues to develop, he reached out to get ahead of them and protect his new home. Our team completed a full roof replacement using IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Glacier, giving the home a clean, updated look and long-term protection. The before shows the aging roof, while the after highlights a fresh, durable system built to handle the elements. The Klaus Larsen Roofing!
Pam in Willington, CT, reached out to us when she noticed her roof was starting to show its age. At around 28 years old, the shingles on the front side had begun to curl, even though there were no active leaks yet. Having seen our work in the area over the years, she felt comfortable moving forward with a full roof replacement on both her home and garage. Our crew removed the old roofing materials and inspected the decking to make sure everything underneath was solid. After preparing the surface, we installed SealoronXT Ice & Water along the vulnerable areas and covered the rest with VeloraONE Roof Underlayment to help protect against future moisture issues. The project was completed with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Driftshake, giving Pam’s home and garage a clean, updated look and a roofing system built to last.

To revive the roof at this Craftsman style home built in the 1940's in Stafford Springs, we completely stripped the existing roof and replaced it with all new roofing materials. This home had ample damaged plywood decking that needed replacement as well as existing single-tabbed shingles that needed to be torn off. We also used ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment, which is a durable, tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and to adhere t the roofing surface. This home also had an existing skylight, which we replaced with a new Veluz Fixed Deck Mount Skylight. In addition, we also removed and installed new 5" Aluminum Seamless Gutters.
This ranch-style home built in the mid 1960s desperately needed a new roof replacement. From the outside, you could see that some of the plywood was buckling underneath the existing shingles. To start we stripped the existing roofing materials and replaced 8 full sheets of plywood decking. Then, we laid down G Ice & Water Shield to protect the interior of the home from any outside moisture. For shingles, we installed TruDefiniton Duration Shingles in the color Quarry Gray.
