This 1978 Gambrel-style home had its original cedar shake roof that was in need of being replaced. To begin, Klaus Larsen Roofing tore off one layer of Cedar Shake Roofing and installed new plywood decking over the existing framing. Next, we installed three layers of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles, we installed Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Amber. These shingles included a 10-year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Limited Warranty. Lastly, we installed 3 brand new Velux FS Skylights. This attractive home is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen Roofing installation!

Cape Style Roof & Gutter Replacement in Hebron, CT

This Cape Cod style home in Hebron, CT was in need of a gutter & roof replacement. To start the job, Klaus Larsen Roofing tore off 1 layer of existing roofing materials and replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. This single-family home in Hebron, CT was in need of a new roof replacement. To start, we tore off and disposed of one layer of roofing materials & replaced 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of skylights, we installed 3 brand new Velux VS Skylights. Roof Replacement in Hebron, CT

This small one family home was in need of a roof replacement, so they called us at Klaus Larsen Roofing! Upon taking the job, it was made apparent that there were two layers of roofing material that needed to be stripped away. With the old shingles removed we then replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking. Next, we began weatherproofing the home by laying down two rows of IKO Gold Shield Ice & Water Barrier. In addition to the Ice & Water Barrier, we also installed Roof-Gard Cool Grey Synthetic Underlayment as it adheres to the roof's surface and does an excellent job at repelling water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Charcoal Grey colorway. To finish the job, we installed a Shingle Vent II ridge vent pulls air out of the attic to allow the roof to ventilate. We also replaced the existing vent pipe boot with a new 3" Perma-Boot. This home's roof is made new again thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
