Roof Replacement in Bloomfield, CT

Nicole in Bloomfield, CT, gave us a call when her rental property needed a roof replacement. We had already installed a new roof on her own home, so she knew exactly who to trust for this project. Our crew performed a full roof replacement, removing the old shingles and any damaged materials before securing the deck with SealoronXT Deck Tape. We then applied SealoronXT Ice & Water along the edges and valleys, followed by VeloraONE Roof Underlayment to seal and protect the surface. For the finishing touch, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Gray using 6-ring shank roofing nails, which lock each shingle tightly to the deck. This ensures the shingles stay secure, no nail pops, lifting, or slipping, so Nicole’s property will stay protected for many years to come. The Klaus Roofing Way!
