After dealing with recurring roof issues, this 30-year-old roof was in need of a full replacement. Dave decided it was time for a long-term solution for his property in Cheshire, CT.

The solar panels needed to be removed prior to the replacement, and the Klaus Larsen Roofing team worked closely with the homeowner to ensure a smooth, no-stress, removal.  

Our team installed a Klaus Signature Roofing System on the main home, detached garage, and shed, giving every structure on the property the same high level of protection. The Signature System includes premium components, including our proprietary Sealoron XT ice and water barrier and Sealoron XT deck tape, which help create multiple layers of defense against moisture and improve the overall performance of the roofing system.

The Klaus Larsen team set out to Milldale to complete a roof replacement in Milldale, CT. After tearing up the old plywood decking, new decking was installed. White aluminum drip edge/rake was installed near the outside perimeter of the roof.

This 2 Family home in Bristol had three layers of asphalt shingles on the roof. Underneath the asphalt was the original roof of Wood Cedar roofing. There was no plywood decking, so our crew installed a new deck over the original structure. Afterward, they installed new underlayment and shingles.
