Roof Replacement in Unionville, CT

Stanley from Unionville, CT, owns a charming yellow home that had a 25-year-old asphalt shingle roof. Over time, a few shingles went missing, and leaks started forming around the chimney. Leaks like these are often a sign of issues with the chimney flashing. If flashing isn’t installed correctly, gaps can allow water to seep in between the shingles and the chimney, causing these problems.

At Klaus Larsen Roofing, every crew member is thoroughly trained in the proper installation of our high-quality products. Stanley chose us because we guarantee not only the best materials but also exceptional workmanship. With our 50-year warranty, this will be the last roof he’ll ever need to put on his home. The Klaus Roofing Way!

Roof Replacement in Unionville, CT

Don and Ann in Unionville, CT, had us back out to their property for a new project, this time focusing on their detached garage. Don is actually a returning customer; we originally completed his roof back in 2018, so it was great to be working with him again on another part of the property. For this job, we installed a full metal roofing system on the garage using ProVia metal shake panels in the color Bronzetone. The new roof gives the structure a durable, long-lasting finish with a clean architectural look that complements the main home. To help with winter performance and safety, we also installed snow diverters across the entire front section above the garage doors. This helps control snow and ice movement off the roof and protects the entry areas below during heavy winter weather. With the new system in place, the detached garage now has the same level of protection and quality as the rest of the property, continuing the work we originally started years ago for Don and Ann.
