This single family home in West Hartford, CT was in need of a new roof and a new skylight. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier to protect the home form outside moisture. For the asphalt shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Harvard Slate. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The roof on this cape was approaching 20 years old, and was in need of replacement. We tore off one layer, removed the existing skylight and filled in the deck with CDX plywood.
