This home in Farmington was in need of a roof replacement on both their home & their barn. To start, we tore off one layer of roofing material and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black on the barn and GAF Timberline Architectural Shingles on the house in the color Weatherwood. Lastly, we installed purpose-made Hip & Ridge Shingles on all ridges and hips of the roof. This house & barn are now looking better than ever, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This ranch-style roof replacement in Farmington, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off and disposing of all existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we sealed all roof deck joints with flashing tape. In terms of skylights, we installed 4 brand new Velux Skylights. We finished the job by installing a brand new Velux impact dome Sun Tunnel. The owner of this home in Berlin had an old roof that began leaking and he couldn't wait for the spring to get it replaced. Many roofers can't do a roof replacement in the winter because they don't have the know-how or experience. Our crews are experienced winter roofers and in the middle of February, we replaced this roof with new Onyx Black Duration shingles. 

At this 1960's ranch home located in Berlin, CT we completely replaced the existing old roof. To keep out moisture and ice we installed Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water shield on top of the plywood decking. Then, we put on new Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the color Onyx Black. To ensure proper ventilation we installed 2 new vent pipe boots and a new bathroom exhaust vent hood with a built-in damper on the roof above the left side of the bathroom. This home also needed a new VentSure Ridge Vent to give ventilation to the attic.
