This ranch style single-family home in Guilford, Connecticut was in need of a new roof in a fast, efficient and productive manner. After tearing off two layers of asphalt shingles, we replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we made sure to seal all joints of the roof deck with flashing tape, while installing 2 rows of TriBuilt Ice & Water Barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. In terms of skylights, we installed three new Velux Skylights. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing vent pipe boots with brand new Perma-Boots. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The team was pleasant, helpful and left my yard immaculate. The owner Klaus was onsite often and checked in with myself and the crew regularly. I could not imagine a better experience.
