Colonial Roof Replacement in Avon, CT

At this 1992 colonial style home located in Avon, CT we completely stripped the existing original roof and replaced it with a brand new Klaus Larsen roof. We first started by stripping the existing roofing materials and replacing 5 sheets of plywood decking that had water damage. We then laid down 3 row of Ice & Water from all eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. For shingles, we used  Oakridge Shingles in the color Onyx Black which comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and 130 mph wind resistnace warranty. To top-it-off we removed the flashing around the center chimney and replaced it with all new lead flashing.

Roof Replacement in West Simsbury, CT

Rosemary in West Simsbury, CT, knew it was time for a roof replacement when she started noticing spots on her ceilings. Her aging roof from 1998, along with undersized gutters that weren’t properly directing water away from the foundation, was causing concerns. After seeing us on TV and noticing the work we did for her neighbor, she gave us a call. Our team installed a brand-new roof, ensuring long-term protection, and upgraded her home with the Gutter Shutter system, preventing future drainage issues. Now, Rosemary’s home is protected from leaks, and her new gutters will keep water safely away from the foundation.

House and Garage Roof Replacement in Plainville, CT

This home located in Plainville, CT had old single-tabbed shingles which are known for causing leaks and water damage to homes. Then we removed and replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down a water shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. To top it off we replaced the flashing on both chimneys with new lead chimney flashing.
