A homeowner in Dobbs Ferry, NY, reached out looking for a quote and evaluation for a detailed flat roofing project on their condo property. The project included replacing approximately 7.6 squares of EPDM roofing on the main building along with rebuilding one of the exterior decks connected to the roof system.
