This single-family home was in need of a new roof. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing materials and replaced all damaged plywood decking. We installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Desert Tan. We finished the job by installing a Ridge Vent, which comes with a Weather Protector moisture barrier. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We finished the job by installing a brand new  Ridge Vent. This ridge vent comes with a Weather Protector moisture barrier and proved top-notch consistent attic ventilation. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
